KOTA WATER SUPPLY- RAJASTHAN :

  • This is a regional rural water supply scheme consisting of Raw Water Pumping Station, Water Treatment Plant, Pure Water Pumping Station, Raw Water and Pure Water Rising Main, 20 ESRs and 2 Sumps, 2 Intermediate Pumping Station and 60 Village Transfer Chambers (VTC).
  • The VTCs are a civil structure with flowmeter and sluice valve arrangement where department can only measure a flow.
  • The scope of Saisanket is installation, commissioning and System Integrator for the Electromechanical /Automation/Instrumentation part of the project with innovative ESR Management and VTC management system. These specially developed VTCs will replace the conventional VTCs.
  • Our integrated VTC management system will give added value as “Control, Measure and Monitor” the flow at each VTC to facilitate the “equitable distribution” of water and our Air Management System will avoid the routine patrolling of 370 kms for Operation & Maintenance.
  • As this will be a Single Point Responsibility for design, concept engineering, electromechanical, instrumentation, O & M Job, this work will beneficial to our client.

TARANAGAR OUTLET MANAGEMENT MODEL PROJECT- RAJASTHAN :

  • This pilot project was aimed to supply the uniform and equitable water to all villages irrespective of there distance and elevation from the supply.
  • There is one cluster pumping station, 250 Cu mt ESR supplying water to 9 villages where there are conventional Village Transfer Chambers.
  • This VTC is consists of civil structure containing flowmeter, sluice valve.
  • The proposed Integrated Outlet Management System will ensure equitable distribution of water to ESR and VTC.
  • Proposed IOMS will ensure the required amount of flow with sufficient pressure to be delivered to the consumer.
  • Proposed system will have Pressure, Flow control feature with the addition of Metering of the consumed water. Also this has Level Control feature to manage the water level in the ESR.
  • The Complete Network is based on Electrical Energy less and Wireless Communication.
  • The web based HSCADA (Hydraulically Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) enables an authorized user to monitor and control the water supplied remotely, anywhere and anytime.
  • Additional facilities include report generation, trend analysis and event based alarms

ARCOT WATER SUPPLY PROJECT- TAMILNADU :

  • This pilot project was aimed to convert the Intermittent Water Supply into Continuous Water Supply without Changing the Existing Pipeline Network
  • Arcot Muncipal Corporation Water Supply Project consists of a Pump Station, 6 ESRs and its WMDs with daily water supply of 4.1 MLD (80 LPCD)
  • Total length of pumping main is 12.50 km and rising main is 46.20 km with 5725 Domestic connections and 138 Non domestic connections.
  • Saisanket proposed “Integrated District Management System with Demand based and pressure dependent flow modeling and Water Management Districts with WMD Control clusters for achieving the 24X7 Water Supply without changing the Existing Pipe Network.
  • District metering for demand and NRW management performs a thorough analysis of existing pipe network model.
  • Our system will Control outflow of water to consumer outlets (sumps), maintains pressure flow in trunk mains
  • Time/Pressure/Flow based control avoid premature draining of trunk mains and water sources
  • Flexibility to supply water 24x7 or by rotation

Tirupur WSP for HCC :

  • To control the Pressure Drop and Loss of Flow in Main Transmission Lines we proposed and installed “Demand Sensing Pressure Reducing System” on Tapping Lines.

Gangtok Water Supply Scheme – Sikkim :

  • The problem of fluctuating pressures due to the reservoir tank at 1740m altitude (300 meter above lowest supply point) was solved by reducing pressure to a constant pressure downstream regardless of the fluctuating demand or varying upstream pressure.

Oman Water Supply Project- Oman :

  • The 250 Km pipeline of 1200 mm to 600 mm was having the water hammer problems and after doing the detail surge analysis Dr. Srinivasa Lingireddy, the suitable surge protection system was proposed consisting of Combination of Bladder Type Air Vessel, Surge Anticipating Valve and Surge Suppression Air Release Valve. Now the system is working satisfactorily.

  • Reservoir Management System: A tested and proven RMS including installation of bypass ..hydraulically operated valve operating without external power, logical program, radio communication and synchronization with the whole system.- 02 Nos
  • Village Transfer Chambers: Installation of Vandalism proof steel cabinet with hydraulically operating valve with bulk meter and air valve inside; radio communications, logical programme and synchronization with the whole system. – 07 Nos
  • Air Management Supply and installation of lifetime guaranteed air valves for the whole water distribution system. – 08 Nos
  • Automation for 02 Nos of ESR’s and 03 Nos of Sumps, and linking the same to SCADA.
  • O&M for 02 Years.
