  Castings
Casting can be made of different process such as sand casting, investment casting etc. Saisanket have expert’s engineers who are having vast experience and knowledge in the field with their best knowledge Saisanket can compile the quality at international levels.

1. Sand Castings:

Saisanket is having good facilities making quality sand castings in all ferrous and non ferrous metals such as steel, stainless steel, hastelloy, monel, super duplex alloys and also can cast according to specified composition from buyer. Castings can be supplied in machined conditions as well. Casting can be made from few grams to 1 ton single piece.

2. Investment Castings:

Saisanket is having good facilities making quality investment casting by lost wax process in ferrous and non ferrous metals with machined conditions as well. Single piece casting can be made from few grams to 100 kg. We make Castings of Pump Impeller, Pump Casing, Pump Cover, Diffuser, Mechanical Seals etc.  The smooth surface finish with Investment Casting offers highest efficiency.

  Tube fittings
Saisanket is exporting tube fittings & pipe fittings in various metals such as GI, brass; stainless steel, monel etc in different design such as parker, hamlet etc. tube fittings can be available in different range of sizes from ¹/₁₆” to 2”

1. Double Compression tube fittings

Single and double ferrule compression tube fittings provide a leak proof, torque free seal at all tubing connections which will withstand high pressure, Impulse, Vacuum, Vibration and Temperature. These features eliminate costly, hazardous leaks and provide highest safety and maintenances free tubing joints.

Each part in the tube fitting assembly is machined to the most exacting dimensional tolerance. Total quality management is practiced throughout the manufacturing process as per ISO standard to achieve best quality joints at all tubing end connections.

Application:

Process, Instrumentation and control systems. Equipment employed in chemical, Petroleum, Power generating, paper and pulp plants.

2. Instrument Pipe Fittings

SS and Brass Pipe fittings for instrumentation are available in many shapes and sizes that reduce the number of Joints and fittings require in the system.

 FEATURES:
1. Available with choice of NPT/BSPT/BSP Pipe threads, weld end and hose end fittings.
2. Fittings are tested for high pressure hydraulic, Pneumatic, Impulse, Vibration and temperature to ensure safety and maintenance free joints.
3. Straight items are made from fine quality extruded bars; all shaped items are made from closed grain forgings.
4. All thread are capped to avoid damages.

 Size Range: 1/8”to 3/4” Bigger size are available on request.  
 

 Material of construction: Stainless steel of all grades including NACE standard, Brass, M.S, Monel, and Hastalloy.

3. Needle Valve

Needle valves are made for various operating pressure and temperatures. Looking at ever increasing demand and variety of applications, we have developed special purpose valves for instrumentation and flow control application.

Features:
1. For protecting the instrument with contaminated fluids and constant pressure, optional bleed plug or a bleed valve is provided so as to release the residual fluid / pressure on instrument side after use.
2. Union bonnet type or special screwed Bonnet type needle valves are made for safety at high pressure.
3. Needle valve with packing material below actuating threads are made to ensure bubble free shut off.

4. Ball Valve

Ball valves are most widely used valves in the world. Main advantages over Needle valve or Globe valves are
1. Ball Valves give full flow in open position.
2. No throttling or pressure drop across the valve.
3. Useful even for high-density fluid.
4. Contaminated particles dose not affect the flow
5. Full flow at ¼ turn
   

5. Manifold  Valve

Manifold valves are installed to control, measure,   isolate, equalize, calibrate, drain, vent or differentiate the pressure of liquids and gases. They are manufactured to precise dimensional tolerance to ensure perfect installation and application. We offer 2,3,5 valve manifold configuring remote mounting type (pipe to pipe), direct mounting type (pipe to flange ‘T’ type and flange to flange ‘H’ type) or panel mounting type on to gauges, DP transmitter and pressure switches with 2 1/8” (54mm) center.
